This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner to struck off the Execution Petition for Contempt in E.P.No.91 of 2017 in O.S.No.164 of 2002 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the Contempt Execution Petition in E.P.No.91 of 2017 has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 06.02.2022 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
