The respondent has no objection to the Civil Revision Petition being ordered and accordingly, the above Civil Revision Petition stands allowed and the order passed in CM.A.No.47 of 2010 dated 07.08.2017 on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, is hereby set aside. Considering the fact that the suit O.S.No.1647 of 2005 is of the year 2005, the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the above suit within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
