ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner who is an agriculturist and claims to be a social activist, questions the award of contract of the Smart City Mission Projects of Trichy Corporation to the third respondent, alleging that the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Transparency of Tenders Act and the Rules are not been followed. 2.From the averments set out in the affidavit and those in the representation dated 08.11.2019, we find that there is no specific averments made out by the petitioner as to the illegality in the tendering process. Furthermore, there is nothing on record to show that the representation was sent and received by the respondents. On the facts as projected by the petitioner, we cannot grant relief in this writ petition.
