PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st Respondent to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner and Officials, who conduct the survey in the Petitioner's land in Survey No.433/34,433/39 and433/40.

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner and the Officials.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry in CSR.No.380 of 2022 is pending. Summon served to both the parties. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to provide police protection at the time of surveying the said land by the Revenue and Survey Officials.
