Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and lay boundary stones in the petitioner's land in S.F.No.13/1 in Patta No.1918 with an extent of 0.96.50 Ares situate in Vijayapuram Village, Kulathupatti Group, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District in accordance with Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundary Act, 1920 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2019 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
After some arguments, Mr.M.Silambarasan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved to file a fresh writ petition with the same plea after annexing the sale deed under which the writ petitioner claims that he has purchased the land which is the subject matter of instant writ petition.
2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.
3. Endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
4. Permitted to withdraw.
