Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his memo R.No.80913/A3/2016 dated 23.9.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore his order of replacement of Vehicle passed in R.No.80913/A3/2016 dated 16.12.2016 by permitting the new bus bearing its Reg.No.TN 59 BU 9565 to be plied at Madurai - Ponnamaravathi route.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide his memo in R.No.80913/A3/2016 dated 23.09.2019 and consequently direct the first respondent to restore his order of replacement of vehicle passed in R.No.80913/A3/2016 dated 16.12.2016 by permitting the new bus bearing its Reg.No.TN 59 BU 9565 to be plied at Madurai - Ponnamaravathi route.

2.Though the petitioner has approached this Court for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would restrict his relief only with respect to dispose of the representation dated 12.11.2019, in the light of the order passed in Crl.R.C.(MD)Nos.27 and 28 of 2017, dated 14.11.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.24528 of 2019 3.Whenever a representation is made, the authorities concerned shall not keep it in a cold storage and they have to take a decision either to accept it or reject it. The petitioner's application is pending from 12.11.2019, affecting the petitioner's right to ply his vehicle. Therefore, a direction is given to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
