O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint of the third Respondent, the second Respondent had registered the FIR in Crime No.356 of 2022. As per the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1, the second Respondent had issued summons to the Petitioner for enquiry. Instead of appearing for enquiry, this Petitioner had approached this Court by filing this petition.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The second Respondent is directed to act as per the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 2/4

the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1.
