ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the first respondent, to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2022 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, for investigation of the case, based on the representation, dated 01.11.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, on the side of prosecution, it is submitted that on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner against one Rakkaiyah, enquiry was conducted in C.P.No.G4/2549, before the second respondent Police. The said Rakkaiyah is aged about 74 years and he was directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer. Further, it is submitted that the enquiry will be concluded within 15 days. 2/4

3.In view of the above, depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, if still objected the petitioner can work out his remedy, in the manner known to law.
