ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Srivilliputhur, in I.A.No.574 of 2017 in O.S.No.493 of 2008, dated 01.08.2017. 2.Despite this Court has given an opportunity on 22.03.2024 and 03.06.2024 to take steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, absolute no steps has been taken. The matter is pending for a quite long time in the absence of any steps taken by the petitioner, which only shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case any further. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
