ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Driver of the respondent transport corporation, seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent for expeditious disposal of an appeal filed by him. 2.The petitioner has suffered an order of postponement of the increment for the period of two years with cumulative effect by way of proceedings dated 24.06.2024 passed by the second respondent herein. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has presented an appeal to the first respondent on 09.07.2024. Since the appeal is yet to be disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal presented by the writ petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
