ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.09.2024 from the file of the fourth respondent to some other agency.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent may be directed to conclude the enquiry within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, 2/4
CSR.No.600 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending before the fourth respondent.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
