ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defendant, in whose favour the decree has been passed in counter claim, granting recovery of possession. The order challenged in the petition is dated, 17.07.2017, under which the execution proceedings were closed due to the pendency of the first appeal.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first appeal has already been disposed of. The plaintiff has filed the second appeal and the same is pending. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. The same is recorded. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
