ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the construction of the Kamatchiamman Temple, which is situated in S.No.1485/12 at Vadugampatti Village, Puliyampatti Post, Kujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper. He would further submit that the 2/4

petitioner as well as the fourth respondent are claiming right to construct the temple.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
