This Court vide order dated 21.12.2021 has recorded that the sole petitioner has died and therefore adjourned the matter to 28.01.2022 for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. When the matter was again listed on 28.01.2022, a further time was granted till 23.02.2022. Further, the matter was adjourned to 14.03.2022. But, for the reasons best known to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no steps have been taken.
