ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from conducting survey and fixing of boundaries in respect of the lands in S.Nos.133/5A, 133/6A, 133/7, 100/1, 41/10A, 136/1B, 41/10A1, 41/10B, 35/20B, 136/1A, 160/1, 193/4B of Kallanai Village, Allanganallur, Madurai District.

2. Considering the fact that the 1st petitioner has challenged the order passed by the 2nd respondent by filing an appeal before the 1st

respondent, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, if the appeal is dismissed, the respondents 1 to 4 shall proceed to survey the property in question.
