This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.48 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that the investigation had been completed. He seeks two weeks time to lay the final report before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the second Respondent to lay the final report before the Court concerned within the reasonable period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
