ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted in August 2024. Form - 7 was issued on 30.09.2024 to all the 19 encroachers. 2/4

2.The third respondent is directed to adhere to due process of law. He must ensure that all the encroachers are duly put on notice. By complying with the statutory procedures, the encroachments shall be removed. The entire process shall be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
