O R D E R

The writ petitioner is employed as Conductor in the respondent Corporation. He appears to have suffered disability and seeks alternative employment by considering his representation. He has to be referred to Medical Board. Only thereafter, the decision can be taken by the management.

2. I therefore direct the respondent to refer the petitioner to Medical Board within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Medical Board will examine the petitioner and submit its report to the management within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The petitioner also will be given a copy of the medical report. Based on the same, it is for the management to take appropriate decision. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
