Respondents/ Appellants / Respondents/ Defendants Prayer :- This civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil C.P.C.to call for the records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order passed in CMA.No.21 of 2014 dated 18.09.2017 by the Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai by reversing the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranoor in I.A.No.220 of 2014 in O.S.No.61 of 2014 dated 12.09.2014.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.497/2022 dated 07/10/2022 from District Munsif, Keeranur; this Court made the following order:

"The learned District Munsif, Keeranur, sent a letter dated 07.10.2022, seeking further time to dispose of O.S.No.61 of 2014, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.12.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 07.10.2022, four months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.61 of 2014."
