: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.O.No.73/2019 dated 07.11.2019 in detaining the detenu under Section 2(gg) of the Tamil Nadu Act, 14 of 1982 as a Sand Offender and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Kumar, S/o.Karuppasamy, (Male, aged about 40 years), who is detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli before this Court and set him at liberty.
