O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to register and release the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in S.No.365/1, Punja land to an extent of 73 cents situated at Karichsathan Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2022 and 27.09.2022.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the land in Survey No.365/1 to an extent of 73 cents situated at Karichsathan Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District. Thereafter, he has approached the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 2/5
15.09.2022 and submitted necessary documents. But the third respondent has refused to register the sale deed on the same day. Immediately, he approached the third respondent and given a detailed explanation along with necessary documents. Again, he made representations dated 20.09.2022 and 27.09.2022 along with necessary documents in person to the third respondent. But the third respondent has not considered his request till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.K.Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the above facts, this Court directs the petitioner to give an explanation to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, if it is satisfied, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and register and release the sale deed dated 15.09.2022 in respect of the property in S.No.365/1 to an extent of 73 cents situated at Karichsathan Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, in favour of the 3/5
petitioner, based on his representations dated 20.09.2022 and 27.09.2022.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
