ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Staff Nurse working in Pudukottai Government Medical College Hospital, seeking a mandamus to consider her request for transfer to one of the Medical College Hospitals in Tirunelveli.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner is a disabled person to an extent of 50% and she is a deserted women. Her twin children are studying at Palayamkottai. She is working at Pudukottai for the past five years. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent on 10.01.2022, seeking to transfer her to Tirunelveli. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law considering the physical disability of the writ petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
