ORDER

This revision petition is filed to set aside the order dated 03.08.2017 in IA.No.94/2017 in OS.No.104/2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul.

2. No appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that, after full trial, the suit in OS.No.104/2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigal was dismissed on 09.04.2018. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

4. Since the suit itself has been dismissed on 09.04.2018, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
