fine and under Section 302 IPC and sentenced for life imprisonment with Rs.1000/- fine by Madras High Court, Madurai Bench is languishing in the Central Prison, Madurai for the past four years by considering my representation dated on 30.09.2024. ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of madamus seeking direction against the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.09.2024, by which representation the petitioner has sought grant of ordinary leave for a period of 30 days to his brother Suresh, C.P.No.6030 and now confined at Central Prison, Madurai.
2. The brother of the petitioner had been convicted and sentenced for 10 years rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 316 of IPC and sentenced for life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 of IPC.

3. A direction is given to the respondents to examine the representation and pass necessary orders within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such order is passed and if it is adverse to the petitioner herein liberty is granted to file fresh writ petition.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
