PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to pass on order of direction directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and pass such further or other orders.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been undertaken in C.S.R.No.1013 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and gave statement to the effect that they will workout their remedy through pending civil proceedings on the file of the District Munsif, Aranthangi in O.S.No.156 of 2023. In view of the above said statement, the complaint was closed. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
