Respondent/Respondent/Appellant PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair order and decreetal order dated 31.10.2017 (rejecting interim maintenance to the male child) in IA No.188 of 2017 in HMCMA No.33 of 2016 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli by allowing this civil revision petition.

ORDER

An affidavit has been filed by the respondent/husband stating that he has paid a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- by way of Demand Draft on 27.01.2022. After giving credit to the amount of Rs.74,000, the total amount payable by him is a sum of Rs.2,38,629/-. However, this Court has found that further sum of Rs.50,000/- is payable, since the calculation shown at b(2) of the calculation memo is at Rs.5,000/- per month as against the admitted sum of Rs.6,000/- which the respondent has himself stated that he would pay. Therefore, the total amount now payable is sum of Rs.2,88,629/-. The affidavit is taken on file.

2.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms thereof amending that the award of settlement payable is a sum of Rs.2,88,629/- This arrangement shall be adhered to strictly till the disposal of HMCMA No.33 of 2016. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
