Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. W.P(MD)No.24655 of 2019 2.The District Collector, Madurai, vide the proceedings in O.Mu.No.45604/2019/G5, dated 16.10.2019, has directed the Divisional Revenue Officer to conduct spot inspection and verify all the documents with respect to the property in question and pass final orders after hearing all the stakeholders and forward the report. Even though a direction was given by the District Collector on 16.10.2019, enquiry has not been conducted. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Divisional Revenue Officer to conduct inspection and enquiry in accordance with law, as per the directions of the District Collector within the stipulated time. 3.Accordingly, a direction is given to the second respondent/Divisional Revenue Officer to complete inspection and enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that notice should be given to all the parties concerned before conducting site inspection and personal hearing should be afforded to all the parties, after they file their objections.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
