O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5816 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5816 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, is modified to the effect that "After release, the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police Station, daily evening at 06.00 p.m. until further orders".

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, shall remain unaltered.
