This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give protection for the petitioners life and limb and his properties situated in S.V.Mangalam, Singampunari, Sivagangai District in Survey No.402/3, Survey No.410/4C, Survey No.396/19, Survey No.402/2, and Survey No.410/4B .

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.10.2019, the respondent conducted enquiry and found that the entire issue are civil in nature and that apart the petitioner himself stated before the respondent that he does not want to take action on the complaint .
