Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in No.A4/6039/2019 dated 11.07.2019 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the future tender works within the time period to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 11.07.2019 blacklisting the petitioner from participating in the tenders of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department for a period of three years.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has produced fake documents and therefore, he was blacklisted by the first respondent for a period of three years.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was blacklisted for a period of three years and now, the period is over. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
