ORDER

The challenge in this writ petition is only to seek directions to the respondents 1 to 3 to lodge a criminal complaint against the respondents 4 and 5, to secure the Hundial amount from them and to deposit the same in a bank account which would be under the supervision of the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance' and in pursuance of the order dated 11.11.2024, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 had placed a resolution made by 2/4

the Wakf Board dated 15.10.2024. Hence, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. If any one is aggrieved against the same, they can challenge the same in the manner known to law. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
