2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 22.12.2023. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 26.02.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,26.02.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.
