When the matter was listed earlier on 07.07.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Office to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.07.2020. Even thereafter, when the matter appeared in the list on 14.07.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner or no one was connected to represent the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Office to list the matter once again under the caption "for dismissal" on 28.07.2020.

Even today (ie., 28.07.2020), when the matter is called, no one represented the petitioner and no Counsel is connected to the conference to represent the petitioner.

2.After going through the order, that is challenged in the present revision petition, this Court is able to see that the revision petition is devoid of any merits. This Court is not inclined to go into the details to avoid disposal of revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.2435 of 2017 petition on merits. However, this Court does not find sufficient reason to give one more opportunity to the revision petitioner or learned Counsel for the petitioner.
