ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.64 of 2017 in O.S.No.52 of 2015 dated 07.09.2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Manamadurai.

2. Today(07.06.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 filed a memo stating that the main suit in O.S.No.52 of 2015, pending before the Additional District Munsif Court, Manamadurai was disposed of on 19.09.2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid memo, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Reivision Petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
