Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed under article 227 of the constitution of India,as against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 30.10.2017 passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, made in IA No.93 of 2017 in creditor IP No.11 of 2004.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 01/04/2022, direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in IP NO.11 of 2004, on or before 31.12.2022, with in a period of three months,

and the requisition letter dated 31.08.2023 in D.No.1999 of 2023, submitted by the Principal Subordiante Judge,Karur, this court made the following order. The learned Principal Subordiante Judge, Karur, sent a letter, dated 31.08.2023 requesting an extension of further time of two months to dispose of I.P.No.11 of 2004, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 01.04.2022.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 31.08.2023, this Court is inclined to extend for another two months to dispose of I.P.No.11 of 2004. Accordingly, two months time is extended as prayed for, from today to dispose of I.P.No.11 of 2004.
