ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks electricity service connection for his residential premises. On the ground that no objection certificate has not been obtained from the revenue authorities, the impugned rejection order came to be passed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner approaches the 2/4

second respondent, no objection certificate will be duly issued. The petitioner can resubmit his application along with no objection certificate to be issued by the second respondent. Thereupon, the first respondent shall give electricity service connection to the petitioner subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities.
