When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it was submitted that the matter has been remanded back to the appellate Court namely the I Additional Subordinate Court, Trichy in A.S.No.237 of 2006. Since the matter has been remanded back to the appellate Court, now the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner can workout his remedy before the appellate Court itself. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
