When the Civil Revision Petition was listed on 16.10.2023, there is no representation for both the petitioners as well as the respondents. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 18.10.2023. Even today (ie.18.10.2023), 2/4

when the matter was taken up at 12.30 p.m., there is no representation. In order to give an opportunity to the parties, the matter was pass it over and taken up again at 02.30 pm., there is no representation for the petitioners.

2. Hence, this Court is of the view that no purpose will be served to keep the Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition.
