ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.1083 of 2016 in O.S.No.180 of 2010 dated 06.10.2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the suit was settled out of the Court.
3. Since the plaintiff's counsel has not pressed the suit, the trial Court recording the same, dismissed the suit as not pressed and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision 2/4
Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
