O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned senior counsel for the first respondent.

2.This civil revision petition has been filed to strike off O.S.No.227 of 2013 from the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be given liberty to move the trial Court under Order VII Rule 11 of Civil Procedure Code. Liberty is granted. 2/4

4.It is stated that the petitioner will file such an application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an application is filed, the trial Court is directed to number the same immediately and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5.With the aforesaid liberty, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.09.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ias Issue order copy on 05.09.2024.
