In the earlier hearings, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and no steps have also been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, 'for dismissal'.
2.Though the matter was listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', no one is appeared to prosecute the matter. Hence, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served in retaining the petition on file and inclined to dismiss the petition for default. 3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
