After some arguments, Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved to file a fresh writ petition with the same plea after annexing the sale deed under which the writ petitioner claims that he has purchased the land which is the subject matter of instant writ petition.

2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.

4. Permitted to withdraw.
