ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 16.08.2017 made in I.A.No.525 of 2017 in O.S.No. 227 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai. 1/4

2. Today (19.04.2023), when the case is taken up for hearing it is represented by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the main suit in O.S.No.227 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai has been ''dismissed for default'' on 22.02.2021 and he prays that the Civil Revision Petition may be closed. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition, if the main suit in O.S.No.227 of 2011 being restored before the Court below.

4.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed with liberty to the revision petitioner to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition, if the suit in O.S.No.227 of 2011 being restored before the lower Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
