ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that she has given a complaint only because her husband was found missing and only for securing him, a complaint was given.

3. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that only on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the petitioner called to the Police Station. Now, the inquiry is also completed and the same is closed. Hence, the petitioner's presence is not required in the Police Station.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
