This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 27.10.2017 passed in E.P.No.15 of 2017 in O.S.No.98 of 2015 by the District Munsif, Sathankulam.

2.Heard Mrs.P.Jessi Jeeva Priya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.V.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had filed an application to set aside the ex-parte decree dated 18.04.2017 passed in O.S.No.98 of 2015. During the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the said exparte decree was set aside and the Execution Petition was also closed, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
