ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner on the complaint of the writ petitioner dated 19.09.2024 and to take necessary action accordance with law within the time stipulated.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner earlier, enquiry was conducted in current paper the same was closed on 29.06.2024 and that subsequently, the writ petitioner has given another complaint and after conducting enquiry in current paper, the same was also ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
