ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.09.2024 and to take necessary action accordance with law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's brother has received a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- from the petitioner and agreed to execute the document in respect of the property and that since he has not executed the document and not returned the amount, the present complaint came to be lodged. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Karivalamvandhanallur Police Station and on that basis, CSR.No.742 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to closed and that the petitioner has 2/4
again preferred a complaint for the very same allegations before the same police Station and the same was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
