O R D E R

This petition has been filed restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering in civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in respect of the property situated at St.Jude Complex, Nethaji Street, Thirunagar third Shop, Madurai District .

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same as 'civil in nature'.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, except any criminal offence committed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
