This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the Judgment and decree passed by the Principal District Court, Madurai in CMA(CS) No.17 of 2011, dated 24.03.2017.

2.The above appeal is arising out of the surcharge proceedings initiated as against the respondents under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operatives Societies Act that the respondents have not collected the amount for the stationery items, which were supplied to various Societies.

3.Today (29.08.2024), when this Civil Revision Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, assisted by the officer, one Kurinji Ilavarasan, for the petitioner 2/4

submits that the amount due to the Society has been recovered and therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition. 4.Recording the above submission that the amount due to the Society has been recovered and therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.
