O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet laid in C.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter was already referred to the Mediation Centre by the trial Court. On that basis now the matter is pending before the concerned Court. Since already the matter is going to be settled between the parties, they can workout their remedy in the pending matter. There survives nothing for further consideration in this petition.
